The two semesters subject aims deepening the knowledge of the students on the fields of the specialization on a practice oriented way via laboratory exercises on nuclear technologies and sustaiable energies.
Types and methods of detection of ionizing radiation and its aplication in analytics and other fields. Reactor physics principles of the operation of nuclear reactors. Research reactor applications. Types and operation principles of fuel cells. Components and tools of photovoltaic energy production. Measurement methods of the efficiency and environmental impact of energy systems.
