Airport Transfer
For the most convenient and reliable transfer from Budapest Airport to the hotel, we recommend using the official airport taxi service, Főtaxi. Exit the Arrivals Hall, go to the Főtaxi booth, state your destination, and receive a printed slip with your taxi number and estimated fare. Give the slip to your driver. The journey to the hotel usually takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Credit cards are accepted.
As an alternative, participants may also book a shared airport shuttle service through miniBUD, which provides door-to-door transportation between the airport and the hotel.
Ride sharing services Uber Taxi and Bolt also operate in Budapest, with Bolt being the more widely available option. (Not recommended for airport transfer.)
